Our Challenge

The RAC is a prestigious private members club established in 1897 as the Automobile Club of Great Britain and Ireland. It is globally recognised as the home of Britiain’s home of motoring, and the most long-standing and influential motoring organisation in the country.

The Pall Mall clubhouse, set in the heart of the St James’ London, offers a fine choice of restaurants and bars. Our task was to develop a contemporary cocktail menu that captures the history and heritage with a creative that is totally unique to the RAC, and not in a standard menu book format.

Our Solution

We designed a bold eye catching menu with a unique folding mechanism to create the impact and originality befitting an organisation of their illustrious stature. The bespoke cocktail range celebrates motoring milestones from the RAC archives spanning from 1897 to present day.

Each cocktail is showcased with a beautiful illustration capturing the essence of the serve and underpinned by the history and provenance of each race. From the 1000 mile trial to Edinburgh in 1900 to the First Grand Prix d’Europe in 1950, each sip takes you on a journey of discovery.
